Getting Started
Learning and working with new software can be an exciting challenge. However, with lots of new information, it can be difficult to know where to begin. The chapters in Getting Started are intended to help you get from LabOneĀ Q software installation to experimental results as quickly as possible. If you find that you would like additional assistance as you get started, please reach out to us at info@zhinst.com.
For a technical and theoretical overview of LabOneĀ Q, the Introduction chapter is the place to begin.
For a hands-on approach, you can follow the installation instructions and the tutorials in Core Functionality showing you how to use different parts of the framework. Also have a look at our LabOne Q video tutorial series on YouTube:
To learn how to use LabOne Q to operate our instruments, check out the following tutorials showing you how to get started with the following systems:
- single HDAWG
- single SHFSG+
- single SHFQA+
- single SHFQC+
- SHFPPC and SHFQA
- SHFSG+, SHFQA+, and PQSC
- HDAWG, SHFQA+, and PQSC
- HDAWG, SHFQC+, and PQSC
If you have a setup larger than any of the systems in these guides, then we recommend you still start with the guide on a system of HDAWG, SHFQC+, and PQSC.
If you already have a QCCS System running and want to start characterizing your first qubit, you can jump right in to our How-to Guides in the Applications Library or visit our examples on GitHub.
