Functional Description

This chapter gives a detailed description of the setup and measurement functionality of the Zurich Instruments SHFQA. The sections provide details and a complete settings overview of the setup configurations - mainly accessible through our LabOne general user interface - and the measurement functionality blocks depicted in the functional diagram. The explanations focus on introducing the respective functionalities and how to configure them using either the APIs and/or the LabOne user interface.
